WORLD EXCLUSIVE: LAWSUIT CLAIMS PRISCILLA PRESLEY “DROVE ELVIS TO HIS DEATH” — AND PULLED THE PLUG ON LISA MARIE

Introduction

LOS ANGELES, CA — In a shocking twist that’s sending tremors through Hollywood and Memphis alike, a new amended lawsuit accuses Priscilla Presley of playing a devastating role in the downfall — and deaths — of both Elvis Presley and their daughter, Lisa Marie Presley.

Filed by former business partners Brigitte Kruse and Kevin Fialko, the complaint — originally about financial misconduct — has spiraled into what legal analysts are calling “one of the most explosive celebrity lawsuits of the decade.”

“The list of allegations against Priscilla Presley was already extraordinary — but this amendment takes it to another level,”
said Jesse Weber, host of Law & Crime Sidebar, who first analyzed the shocking new filing.

According to the plaintiffs, Priscilla is described in court documents as a “master manipulator” and “sociopathic personality” who allegedly blackmailed Elvis following their 1972 divorce. Despite having waived rights to his estate, she allegedly renegotiated the deal, insisting that the original settlement “wasn’t enough for her to live on.”

The lawsuit claims these actions led to massive financial pressure on the King, including a mortgage placed on Graceland in April 1977 — just four months before Elvis’s tragic death. The filing goes further, making a chilling accusation:

Priscilla placed undue pressure on Elvis, pushing him to the brink and ultimately to his death,
reads one section of the complaint.

But the accusations don’t stop with Elvis. Plaintiffs allege that Lisa Marie Presley’s final hours in January 2023 were marked by similarly disturbing behavior.

According to the lawsuit, Lisa Marie was visibly unwell the night of the Golden Globes, complaining to her mother about her condition. Instead of seeking medical help, Priscilla allegedly took her to the Chateau Marmont “for a drink,” where Lisa Marie’s condition worsened.

Within 24 hours, Lisa Marie suffered cardiac arrest and was rushed to the hospital. What happened next is the most shocking claim yet — that Priscilla made the decision to pull her daughter’s life support just hours after admission, before Lisa Marie’s daughter Riley Keough could arrive.

“She saw an opportunity to regain control — even as her daughter lay dying,”
the complaint states grimly.

To understand the strategy behind this legal firestorm, we spoke with Jordan Matthews, entertainment attorney representing the plaintiffs.

“We’re not saying she was the only cause,” Matthews explained in an exclusive interview.
“But when you look at the renegotiated divorce settlement, the mortgage on Graceland, the millions in losses — it paints a disturbing pattern. Financial and emotional pressure can destroy anyone, even Elvis Presley.”

Matthews insists the allegations are backed by extensive documentation — “over 40 pieces of evidence” — and plans to call actress Riley Keough to testify in the case.

“If we’re bringing forward claims of this magnitude,” Matthews emphasized,
“you can be sure they’re supported by a mountain of verified documents. Our clients were victims of fraudulent inducement — they were drawn into business with someone whose history of manipulation was hidden from them.”

Meanwhile, Priscilla Presley’s powerhouse attorney, Marty Singer, has fiercely dismissed the lawsuit, calling it “outrageous, baseless, and pure fiction.”

Matthews, however, pushed back sharply:

“That’s a convenient deflection,” he said. “They’ve offered zero substantive response. No documents, no counter-evidence — nothing. We’ve filed forty exhibits. They’ve filed none.”

As both sides prepare for a high-stakes court showdown, the Presley family name — long synonymous with fame, tragedy, and rock ’n’ roll royalty — faces its most painful reckoning yet.

The case threatens to reopen the darkest chapters of Graceland’s history, forcing the world to confront whether the King’s greatest heartbreaks came not from fame… but from home.
